This is a recipe I found in the latest Pick ‘n Pay magazine and it’s really yummy. You can use it for many dishes, including potato salad or even for making a creamy spinach salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 small tub of Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • chopped chives (optional)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and use on salads or as a chip dip.

Use your imagination and mix in other herbs like rosemary, basil, parsley, roasted red or yellow peppers etc. Use as a spread on cucumber and tomato sandwiches etc.
