Cooking tip:

For healthier cooking don’t immerse your vegetables in a sea of water. Add just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan, then place your veggies in the water and boil till done. If the water dries up you can just add a little more water to the pain.

The reason for this is that all the nutrients in your veggies dissolve in the water and if you drain the water off the veggies, you might as well throw the veggies away and drink the water.

Using this method makes your vegetables far healthier and much tastier too. Add a dash of lemon and a clove of garlic if you want to be really adventurous!
